BIFIDUS EFFECT
In all our products, we have managed to develop a line of functional food which can be considered as one of the most complete in the current market, according to the annex to Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 31st December.
Our sugar free products, are suitable for diabetic people, because the sugar is substituted for sweeteners as appreciated as maltitol and sucralose. At the same time, we can guarantee in these products, the total absence of gluten, suitable for celiac people. The addition of inuline fiber with prebiotic effect, guarantees a correct intestinal transit. Having these prebiotics possible food functions as the
ionization of elements as calcium and magnesium, which facilitates its absorption by passive diffusion.
Other effect of prebiotics (oligofructans) derived from the inuline, is the possible reduction in triglycerids, cholesterol and lipoproteins levels.
We must emphasize that all these good properties, are the result of a rigorous research at the service of our consumers.
At the same time, the thermical treatment we give to all our products, guarantees the best degree of flavour and smell in all the fruit we use.
